We are committed to providing the highest quality of service when it comes to eye examinations and dedicate sufficient time to all patients to ensure they receive the very best in eye care. An eye examination with one of our highly experienced and expert optometrists lasts around 30-40 minutes and the optometrist will carry out a range of tests tailored to your individual needs.

All of our tests are carried out using the very best in eye care technology and included as part of a standard eye examination. We offer free retinal screening to look in far greater detail at the health of your inner eye and identify a range of potential conditions. 

Regular retinal screening allows the optician to make year-on-year comparisons of the health of your eyes and easily detect any changes that have occurred

Eye examination

The eye examination is a relaxing and comfortable experience. We use state of the art optical equipment that helps us provide a comprehensive eye examination. Our optometrist will assess your vision and the overall health of your eyes.

We will screen for conditions such as cataract, diabetes, glaucoma and macular degeneration. We will test your intraocular pressures and use a Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer if necessary to assess your peripheral vision.

We will take a retinal image using our the latest OCT technology, which takes a central image of the retina. These extremely detailed images of the retina help us to closely and comprehensively examine the health of your eyes.
